Age 37, of Waupaca, died unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, April 19, 2018. She was born on February 9, 1981 in Waupaca, daughter of Thomas and Judy (Marasch) Douglas Sr. Tanya graduated from Weyauwega-Fremont High School in 1999. She enjoyed hanging out with friends, cooking, watching good movies, and also taking their dog Ike for walks. She especially enjoyed spending time with family.
She is survived by her daughters: Destiny Douglas (boyfriend Nic Burton) and Brianna Bork; parents: Thomas and Judy Douglas Sr.; brother: Tommy (Julie Torgerson) Douglas; sister: Tara Douglas (nephews: Damion and Justice Blohm); maternal grandmother: Irene Marasch; paternal grandfather: Francis Douglas; a special friend Wayne Nolan and their dog Ike.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather Elmer Marasch, and paternal grandmother Joyce Douglas.
Tanya's Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Funeral Home in Weyauwega with Rev. Greg Watling officiating. A visitation for Tanya will be held on Tuesday at the funeral home from 4-7 p.m. and also on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
